Automatic Single-tanked Sheeter

Automatic sheeter for the production of 32 cm wide and 5/6 mm thick sheets of dough.

Its main features include:

Dough tank
Large capacity, with extractable blade shaft, shutter and independent motorization.

Laminating unit
Composed of 3 pairs of stainless steel rollers with a width of 320 mm and special profiles, mounted on four shoulders.

Rollers
Mounted on bearings free of maintenance and lubrication.

Mechanical parts
Spaced 20 mm from the internal polyethylene shoulders in contact with the dough, eliminating the possibility of humidity infiltration into the bearings and contamination of the laminated dough, also facilitating cleaning.

Calibrators
Adequate dimensions for professional lamination without stress, avoiding heating of the dough and guaranteeing a sheet of dough with ideal organoleptic qualities.

Easy to clean
Shaft with easily removable mixing bowl blades and possibility of distancing the side shoulders for cleaning the calibrating rollers.

Motorized belt
Automatically rolls up the dough and sets the size.
