Gnocchi Machine for the Production of “Pisarei”
Our machine for the production of “pisarei” (a type of gnocchi made of flour and bread crumbs typical from Emilia Romagna region in Italy) is complete with a device for regulating the size of gnocchi.
It is equipped with an automatic flour sprinkler to to process gnocchi to powder and a device that allows you to produce smooth ones with a hollow.
Inverter
Controls the speed of the auger to automatically manage the quantity of gnocchi production.
Additional inverter
Manages the speed of the cutting blades to determine the length and size of the gnocchi.
Lateral conveyor
Allows you to feed the gnocchi machine continuously, directing the dough directly onto the auger without stopping the machine.
Easy to clean
The GN6 model has an easily removable forming block, which allows you to speed up and simplify cleaning operations.
Interchangeable forming block
Allows you to produce gnocchi with different diameters, from the classic ones to small potato pearls, optimizing and diversifying production.
Limited maintenance
The transmission parts positioned in the upper area of the machine dramatically reduce maintenance interventions and, at the same time, guarantee precise alignment and rotation stability of the auger, even using hard doughs.

I componenti a contatto con l’impasto sono realizzati con materiali alimentari che offrono una completa garanzia igenica e contro la corrosione. Sono completamente smontabili per facilitare una pulizia accurata e veloce.
