Automatic Sheet Cutter

Our automatic sheet cutter with interchangeable moulds for the automatic calibration and cutting of the sheet for the production of long-cut pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle, angel hair, spaghetti alla chitarra, lasagne, fettuccine).

Its main features are:

Laminating cylinders
Changeable speed via inverter to automatically manage the production quantity.

Sheet thickness
Adjustable from 0 to 3 mm with precision graduated numerator.

Cutting blade
For transversal cutting of the sheet to the desired length, regulated by inverter and managed by PLC. It allows the cutting blade to be adjusted with continuous or intermittent rotation, obtaining a wide range of customized cutting lengths.

Quick replacement of the moulds
Possibility of using moulds with various sizes.

Conveyor belt
For conveying the finished product.

Wheeled structure
Free from painting and equipped with safety devices in compliance with current laws.
