Automatic Double-tanked Sheeter

The automatic double-tanked sheeter is designed for the production of pasta sheets with a thickness of 5/6 mm. It is equipped with a large dough bowl with removable blade shaft, shutter and independent motorization.

Laminating unit
Composed of 3 pairs of rollers with special profiles mounted on four shoulders. The rollers are mounted on bearings that are maintenance-free and lubrication-free.

Hygienic design
The mechanical parts are spaced 20 mm from the internal polyethylene shoulders in contact with the dough, eliminating the possibility of moisture infiltration into the bearings and contamination of the dough, also facilitating cleaning.

Professional calibrators
Adequate dimensions for stress-free lamination, avoiding overheating of the dough and ensuring a sheet of pasta with ideal organoleptic qualities.

Easy to clean
Possibility of removing the blade shaft of both kneading tanks.

Dough tilting
In the DV version, the dough tilting from the second tank to the first is motorized. The polyethylene containment shoulders can be spaced from the cylinders for thorough cleaning of all parts in contact with the dough.

Motorized belt
Allows the dough sheet to be rolled automatically and the size of the pasta roll to be set.
