Automatic Combined Group for the Production of Puff Pastry, Ramen, Noodles, Pasta and Double-tanked Ravioli

Our professional automatic combined machine is ideal for the production of puff pastry, long-cut pasta and already separated ravioli, with soft fillings of meat, vegetables, fish and cheese in different shapes (square, round, half-round, triangular, hexagon, oval, fish, flower, heart, mushroom, etc.).

Automatic sheeter
Equipped with two tanks with a dough capacity of up to 22 kilos each, extractable blade shaft and independent motorization. The automatic laminator unit is 16 cm wide and has stainless steel rollers with a special profile, capable of laminating 1.6 kilos of pastry per minute. The calibrators are designed for professional lamination without stress, avoiding heating and guaranteeing a pastry with ideal organoleptic qualities.

Cleaning
All mechanical parts and bearings are spaced to facilitate cleaning and prevent contamination, and are maintenance-free and lubrication-free.

Independent motorization
Allows rolling of the rolling pins of puff pastry even during the production of puff pastry or filled pasta, without interrupting the production cycle. The motorized belt allows to automatically roll the pastry and set the size of the single roll.

Double sheet ravioli machine
With oversized calibrating rollers of 16 cm and ø 55 mm, mounted on bearings free of lubrication and maintenance. The quantity of filling is adjustable during processing. The quick coupling of the molds allows the replacement of the format in a few seconds, offering extreme flexibility for th e same production cycle.

Forming system
An innovative forming system has been adopted on over 60 formats of ravioli molds. To obtain a perfect sealing of the ravioli sheets and therefore avoid the opening and the leakage of the filling during cooking, an efficient closing method has been applied. During the ravioli shaping, a special system of reliefs around the filling seat effectively expels the filling between the sheets of the edge, ensuring an adequate seal.

Automatic pasta cutter
Allows you to automatically produce sheets of pasta for lasagna, tagliatelle, tagliolini, noodles, angel hair, pappardelle, ramen and spaghetti alla chitarra, with the desired thickness and length and width of the cut, with interchangeable molds in a few seconds.
